Dependant on list size. Lists are usually processed and returned within a few minutes.
Compatible File Types
MS Excel, MS Access, Tab Delimited, Comma Delimited (CSV), Other Delimited
Fields Required
Street Address & one of the following:
• ZIP Code
• City and ZIP Code
• State and ZIP Code
• City and State
• City, State, and ZIP Code
Fields Returned
All fields submitted are returned. Columns including the standardized address, along with notes that inform you on the status of the address, are added to the record. The Delivery Point Bar Code (BPBC) and Carrier Route for validated addresses are also returned.
Postage Forms Returned
CASS Summary Report (PS Form 3553) is also returned with your mailing list. This form is required to obtain an automation discount from the USPS.
