A: Presently we only provide list services for US addresses. Our software will simply ignore any addresses outside the United States when scrubbing and standardizing. We plan on releasing support for other countries in the future.
Q: How do you keep your prices so low?
A: We are able to keep our prices lower than our competitors because all of our products and services are available exclusively over the internet. Most of our competitors provide their services only via desktop software that you install on your personal computer or server. Since the data has to be updated monthly or bi-monthly, you are paying to have the software mailed to you 6 to 12 times each year or risk losing the ability to use some of the features of the software. Our services are available online, which means that you have no software to install, never have to worry about updates (we do that for you), and don't need any new hardware.

A: Depending on the type of data, we receive updates to our software either monthly or bi-monthly from the USPS.

A: In order to use the products and services available from Qualified Address you will need an internet connection that allows you to upload and download lists and a compatible browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari). No other software or hardware is required to use our services and they are compatible with both a Mac and PC.
Q: Is your product software that is installed on my computer?
A: No. The main benefit of Qualified Address is that all our services and products are available online. That means that you will not have to wait for software to arrive in the mail, you won't have to worry about updating the software each month, and you won't have to invest in expensive hardware to use our services.

A: Detailed information for uploading a file into your account is found in the User's Guide for the respective product.
Q: How do I assign services to my uploaded address list?
A: Once you have uploaded your list, you can assign services to the list by visiting the List Management Center in your account and selecting the list you'd like to submit for processing. Then, check the boxes next to the services you'd like performed on the list and click "submit."
Q: How do I download my list when it is ready?
A: You can download your list by visiting the List Management Center in your account and clicking on "Download" next to the list you would like to download. If no download link is available the list has either not been processed or is currently being processed.
Q: How will I know when my list is ready to be downloaded?
A: You will receive an email at your account email address when your list is ready to be downloaded.
